01 How do I pay?

Online by card or mobile wallet, and your subscription activates instantly — or by InstaPay transfer, then send us a screenshot of the transfer on WhatsApp.

02 Is the price the same for every profession?

Yes — 400 EGP per year whether you're a doctor, a lawyer, a teacher, or any other profession. You choose your profession when you subscribe.

03 When do messages renew?

You get 300 messages per month from your activation date, all year round. Unused messages don't roll over to the next month.

04 Can anyone else see my conversations?

No. Every conversation is tied to your account, and no other subscriber can open it. When you delete a conversation, its content is permanently erased. Messages are sent to the AI provider to generate replies, so we recommend not entering real names or data.

05 Does the subscription renew automatically?

No, there's no auto-renewal. When your year is about to end, you can renew yourself from your account page.
