The template prepares the request for you — you just fill in the details.

Example requests for the assistant

  • A simple leaflet for patients about high blood pressure, with diet and follow-up tips
  • A post for the clinic's page about the importance of regular diabetes screening
  • Summarize this study in 5 points and mention the sample size and the main finding
  • A referral letter to a cardiology consultant for a patient with exertional shortness of breath

Radiology report review (doctors only)

From the menu, choose Radiology report review:

  1. Choose the exam type: Chest X-ray, Bone X-ray, Abdominal & pelvic ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, Mammogram, Doppler.
  2. Paste the written report, or capture it with Image to text (OCR).
  3. Choose what you need: Summarize a report, Explain the terms, Organize my notes, Simplify for the patient.

It works only on the written report — not on the scan images themselves — and never gives an independent diagnosis.

Prescription writer (doctors only)

From the menu, choose Prescription writer:

  1. Enter your clinic details once (saved on your device).
  2. Write the medications your way, one per line, like: augmentin 1g 1x2 7d.
  3. Click Organize prescription, review it, edit any line by clicking it, then Print.
  4. Save prescriptions you use often (like a cold) with Save these medications as a saved prescription, and open them later with one click.

The assistant never adds medications or changes doses, and alerts you if anything is unclear. The patient's name is never sent to the assistant.

Medical certificates & reports (doctors only)

From the menu, choose Certificates & reports, then choose the type: Sick leave, Fitness certificate, Medical report, or Attendance certificate. Enter the details briefly, click "Write certificate", then review and print it on your clinic letterhead.

The assistant doesn't diagnose or prescribe treatment for any specific patient. Don't enter the patient's name or any identifying data.

Tips for the best results

  • Give details. "A 7th-grade science exam on the cell lesson, 10 multiple-choice questions with an answer key" is far better than "a science exam".
  • Keep going in the same conversation. If the reply needs changes, say "add two harder questions" or "remove the second paragraph" — no need to start over.
  • Don't enter real personal data. Use placeholders like [Client name] and fill them in yourself after downloading the file.
  • Check the numbers. The assistant is trained not to make up article numbers or percentages, and leaves them blank if unsure. Still, verify them at the source.
  • Every reply counts as one message. You get 300 messages per month from your activation date, renewed throughout your subscription.
